The Essence mPowers – All the ways that humans interact with wantware-powered machines.

The Essence Agent is a powerful way to unlock the potential of machines. mPowers enable the individual user to be in control of the Agent and to access Essence Powers.

As a Developer or a non-Developer, mPowers are the ways to access/call upon the abilities of the Agent and fixed code contained with Powers. Each mPower is presented to the user as an interaction method.

mPowers can be turned on and off (combined like recipe ingredients) on an App/Aptiv basis.

In the near-term, more mPowers will be created and added by developers. Our long-term plans involves enabling the creation of mPowers from natural language, without being a coder.

Natural Language Dialog

The ability to combine NLP, probabilistic/fuzzy methods, semantic meaning units, and dialog to take virtual assistants to new levels. Our NLD approach is designed to derive meaning from what the user says/wants so that machine instructions can be generated to make it happen. NLD makes personalization (learning the users’ way of thinking), agility (locally sensing, inferring and acting), engagement (improving discovery via simple access to behaviors), and interoperability (improved support for new devices, platforms and data) available to everyone.

This mPowers can be combined with other mPowers to create an experience that we call wantware. The Aptiv that we call Synergy is our own offering of the NLD mPower, which is combined with many other mPowers and Powers.

Kinetic Human-machine-interfaces

The ability to use drag-n-drop, touch, and various other kinetic controllers to express intent. Our approach is designed to derive meaning from what the user selects so that machine instructions can be generated to make it happen.

This mPower can be combined with other mPowers to create an experience that we call wantware. The Aptiv that we call Maven is our own offering of the kinetic HMI mPower, which is combined with many other mPowers and Powers.

A Web3+ Browser

The ability to use a browser engine wrapped in Essence meaning coordinates and combining it with other mPowers to create a semantic web browser. Content and code behaviors from all of the web pages that we are allowed to fully access become instantly transformed into streams that we can transform and composite into new experiences, without writing code.

This mPower can be combined with other mPowers to create an experience that we call wantware. The Aptiv that we call Jewel is our own offering of the world’s first Web3+ browser, which is combined with many other mPowers and Powers.

A Data Teleporter

The ability to live-stream video, audio, and text at adaptive quality over low-speed connections. Our approach is designed to deliver high quality services to remote users at 1990s dial-up modem speeds.

This mPower can be combined with other mPowers to create an experience that we call wantware. The Aptiv that we call WarpSpeed is our own offering of the live-streaming mPower, which is combined with many other mPowers and Powers.

A Universal Language Support System

The ability to process low-resolution language support packages and turn them into the highest-quality of the viewing device. This approach will enable the world to go from less than 200 languages accessible via browsers to over 3,000.

This mPower can be combined with other mPowers to create an experience that we call wantware. Every Aptiv uses the ability that we call Engage as our own offering of the universal language support mPower, which is combined with many other mPowers and Powers.

A Code and Data Packager

The ability to package any code or data so that it becomes the digital equivalent of a Lego Brick. Our approach is designed to deliver interoperability, security, portability, efficiency, accessibility, and trust.

This mPower can be combined with other mPowers to create an experience that we call wantware. The Aptiv that we call Ditto Maker is our own offering of the packager mPower, which is combined with many other mPowers and Powers.

A Platform-Agnostic Code Regenerator

The ability to automatically tune, sync, scale regenerative machine instructions for a target platform. Our approach is designed to deliver performance acceleration, on-demand optimal instructions that are ephemeral.

This mPower can be combined with other mPowers to create an experience that we call wantware. Every Aptiv that is allowed to function with regenerative instructions use the mPowers that we call Morpheus, which is combined with many other mPowers and Powers.

A Synchronization System

The ability to synchronize compute resources for delivering visuals with fidelity that can be controlled on a granular basis. Our approach is designed to deliver control over how resources are used such as dialing back visual fidelity for battery conservation.

This mPower can be combined with other mPowers to create an experience that we call wantware. Every Aptiv uses the ability that we call Maestro as our own offering of the synchronization mPower, which is combined with many other mPowers and Powers.

An Adaptive Quality System

The ability to apply upsampling, downsampling, color-correction, denoising, edge-sharpening, compression, decompression, and many other quality enhancement techniques by regenerating highly-parallelized machine instructions. Our approach is designed to deliver the highest quality video and images based upon the viewing environment, network capacity, and other factors that exist in real-time.

This mPower can be combined with other mPowers to create an experience that we call wantware. Every Aptiv uses the ability that we call illumin8, which is also packaged as our own offering of the adaptive-quality mPowers. It is also combined with many other mPowers and Powers.

An Object of Interest Processing System

The ability to isolate objects of interest within video, images, and other signal types. Our approach is designed to deliver control over the priority bits within data for a wide variety of use cases such as object recognition. This ability requires less data and compute resources than alternatives.

This mPower can be combined with other mPowers to create an experience that we call wantware. The Aptiv that we call Uncloak is our own offering of the object of interest mPower, which is combined with many other mPowers and Powers.
