xSpot is an Aptiv that cumulatively optimizes IT resources at the data and component-level, without virtualization (no hypervisor required) or engineering or complicated interfaces. It is designed to enable creating an Essence Mesh to be created on demand. Think of it as a hotspot that provides much more than internet access and hotspot provider specific services. All of the nodes in the Essence Mesh are wantware machines, which means they can be combined to cumulatively perform work for any Aptiv that is in use within the xSpot environment as well as the cloud running Supercell. No complex setup. No additional software needed.

enables nearby tasks and far away tasks to be automatically scheduled with goals of when they’ll be done based on estimated task duration.

can be used to anneal estimates toward more reliable accuracy with probabilities assigned and stored with tasks such as (1) best-case, (2) worst-case, (3) average-case, and (4) past-predicted case estimates.

Time & Cost Estimates

can be used to estimate likely time for completion of a computing task and cost of completing a task including the risks and costs of cache-misses, CPU write stalls, GPU read-then-write stalls.
